Hi, I’m Courtney Alex. I’m a Certified MindBodyGreen Health Coach & Holden Qigong Instructor. I’m also a former chronic Migraine sufferer who’s practiced Qigong (pronounced CHEE-GONG) for over a decade. I love sharing the magic of this practice that’s helped me feel more vibrant and alive with each passing day. With it, I’ve overcome pain and fatigue, and regularly experience more balance in my life, my body and heart, a clear and positive mind. As a highly sensitive person, it’s helped me to feel strong, energized, and calm.
