The Audio is exactly as it is stored at CNN. You can see the extreme slow motion, a fume of smoke gets "frozen" at the right side while the perpetrators that filmed it can be heard clearly without being at slow motion as the video is. You can hear a female and a male to declare that "it was nice". Another perp can clearly tell which one is "a civilian helicopter". The good observer can see the white E-4B and several technological orbs flying before, during and after the attack.
In the second stored "Park Foreman" CNN added the words "CNN Exclusive" at the left and removed the audio.
Naka Nathaniel footage matches the Foreman piece and Naka may be the same one saying "that was nice" at the starting of the stored CNN footage:
