Better in Theory With Andie And Dez

Hi, we’re Andie and Dez, two sisters who have a hard time leaving an internet claim alone.

We kept running into the same problem. The package makes a big promise, every TikTok makes it look easy, Reddit turns it into an fight, and Google AI somehow still manages to give you the wrong answer.

So we started testing things ourselves.

On Better in Theory, we look at food claims, kitchen tools, viral advice, and all the “better” options that sound convincing until you actually have to use them. We find out where the idea came from, why people think it should work, and whether it holds up in the real world.

Sometimes that means dissecting a label. Sometimes it means pushing a product ridiculously further than anyone asked us to. Usually it means asking the annoying question everyone else skipped.

Andie knows marketing. Dez brings the chaos. Together, we figure out what works, what’s worth it, and what’s mostly marketing.
