Cis Ahearn

I'm Cis Ahearn.

The purpose of my life is to make a difference for women — to teach them strategies and tools to bring out the woman you were before life got in the way. She's still there. You see her all the time. You're just wondering how to bring her out.

I don't do fluff. I don't do shame. I coach clarity, courage, and trust.

After 50 years as a nurse, and a lifetime navigating family chaos, devastating loss, unexpected love, and rebuilding myself from scratch — I now help women understand why they spiral, why they stay small, and how to break free for good.

If you're tired of falling down the same rabbit holes and ready to start living in your strength, honesty, and unshakable purpose — you've come to the right place.

Grounded in decades of nursing, advanced coaching certification, NLP, and the Tony Robbins Leadership Academy.
