A UCLA-certified mindfulness teacher (IMTA CMT-P) and longtime student of the Tibetan Dzogchen tradition in the Rimé nonsectarian lineage. He is also a composer of orchestral cinematic music, and has recorded with the Vienna Symphonic, London Symphonic, Budapest Symphony, and the Vienna Boys Choir.
