Edmiston Creations - Mindful Making & Athletics

A space to share about the intersection of making, mindfulness & wellbeing, and sport. I am a licensed clinical social worker and former professional athlete who weaves mental health practices into knitting, sewing, spinning, and athletics. I share those practices and tips here, along with in general what I am making and what I am doing in training.

Currently I compete in Xterra Triathlons, Mountain Bike Events, and Running Races. I do CrossFit and love Olympic Lifting.

My wish is to empower you to learn to listen within, follow your heart ♥️, and create the Life you live… cultivating Joy in each moment.

Let’s Do This. 💗 I’m so glad you’re here.
