Evolved Women's Yoga

Welcome to Evolved Women's Yoga—finally, a practice designed specifically for your changing physiology.

Traditionally, yoga was created by men for young male bodies. As a teacher with over 20 years of experience, I have evolved the practice for a woman's unique needs. I specialize in mindful strength, somatic movement, and deep nervous system restoration engineered for the peri to post menopause transition.

No exhausting flows. Just strategic resistance work, somatic body awareness, and intentional restorative practices to soothe a wired nervous system, calm anxiety, and build lasting structural strength for your next era.

Whether you need to build muscle, restore your nervous system, or simply feel at home in your body again, you do not have to figure this out alone. You deserve a practice that meets you where you are today and equips you with the vitality and rest for everything ahead.
