I'm a classical pianist, composer, teacher of music history for a college in Missouri for their online campus.
I studied piano with Edward Kilenyi at Florida State University and with Milton Hallman at Louisiana State University where I earned the Doctor of Musical Arts degree,
My approach to playing piano and making music is rooted in the late nineteenth century, being influenced by listening and studying the recordings of the great pianists of that era. 

All recordings on my channel are distributed through CDBaby and are available worldwide on many streaming platforms including Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Pandora, Deezer, Tidal. I record under the name Robert Cooper Rivard.
