Colleen Jessessky RDN | Perimenopause Nutrition

Nutrition, strength, and health after 40 without making weight loss the center of everything.

I'm Colleen, a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor. I started working in weight loss clinics at 23 and spent years believing tracking, micromanaging, and weekly weigh-ins were the answer.

They weren't. I watched women follow the plan perfectly and still ended up starting over, while the plan never took the blame. Eventually, I left that world.

Here, I translate the research on nutrition, perimenopause, metabolism, muscle, stress, and healthy aging into practical strategies that work in real life. No meal plans you'll abandon by Thursday. No chasing perfection. No pretending willpower was ever the problem.

For women who are tired of second-guessing everything and want to build strength, support their health, and a feel more confident around food for the decades ahead.
