We serve seniors in Nassau County.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Nassau County Council on Aging relies on the generosity of our local community to assist our Greatest Generation. Programs and services include two Senior Life Centers in Fernandina Beach and Hilliard, Nutrition, Home Health, Adult Day Health Care, Case Management, Transportation and more.
