We chose that name because exclaiming Opa! is a celebration of life and what better way to celebrate life than with some good food.

About Stratos and Spyridoula:

Stratos has been in the kitchen since the age of 12 starting in Athens Greece. He moved to Chicago in the 60s and started his own bakery in Greek town.  After starting a family with Spyridoula, they moved to Massachusetts and ran Andrea's House of Pizza together for over 40 years. They are now sharing their recipes for their most popular food from the restaurant and more Greek and American delights.
