Hydrothermal Vents

John Tielli and Tessa Kautzman formed the dance rock duo Hydrothermal Vents in 2011. The songs were written primarily by Tielli and were heavily influenced by the Pixies and the B 52s. In 2014 they released the album Secrets of the Deep and toured the US. and Canada. After Kautzman went on to focus on her own project electro pop project Loon, John eventually reformed the band for some live performances with Geof Holbrook, Rémy Riché, Jonathen Harvey and Marc Gautreau.
