We’re Jeremy and Andi, and we’re both focused on healthy movement for longevity. Jeremy is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Andi is a Nurse Practitioner trained in both allopathic and functional medicine. Together we document long trail adventures with simple real-world guidance on movement, recovery, and trail nutrition - with actionable tips to keep you moving farther and feeling better doing it.
