I play every game on the hardest difficulty it offers — and if there's a permadeath mode on top of that, obviously I'm taking it. Not because I'm good at it, but because that's how you get good. Joy is Optional. Difficulty Isn't.

I play games of every flavour - FPS, RTS, RPG, MMO. You name it, it's in my library. Expect colourful language, honest failures, genuine improvement, and the occasional spectacular disaster.

I genuinely haven't played a game on a lower setting in years, and I'm not about to start. If you enjoy watching someone suffer productively, you'll fit right in.
