William David Wilcox

William David Wilcox, widely recognized as David Wilcox, is the Managing Member of Evolution Metals LLC. He leads the company through a strategic merger with Welsbach Technology Metals Acquisition Corp., which will form Evolution Metals & Technologies Corp. (EM&T).

David Wilcox's academic credentials include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and a postgraduate degree in International Business from St. Mary’s University in England. His career began at Deutsche Bank as a derivatives trading specialist, where he led teams in London and New York and navigated global regulatory changes to enhance the bank’s value.

Upon the merger's completion, William David Wilcox Jr. will serve as the Executive Chairman of the Board at EM&T, where his extensive experience in global finance and strategic leadership will be instrumental.
