[//CONFIDENTIAL FILE//]

Name: RIFT OF GOVAN EVENT.

Research initiation: April 7, 2028.

"Following the discovery in Govan, WA 99185, USA, and all research into the files found inside the 'radioactive blue interdimensional cabinet'—including investigations into the entity DES-T8000 and the 'Cavus-worksfort' district—

we made the horrifying discovery that a reality parallel to our own had vanished. We still do not know for certain the root cause of this severe dimensional failure; however, six days prior to the discovery, digital record-keeping tools such as Notarize, NotaryCam, and DocVerify—alongside glitches in digital maps covering Washington—began registering the names of people who did not exist. That was when we found it; once we examined its contents, all the pieces fell into place.

The cabinet will now be secured under maximum-security conditions and never opened again, save for confidential research and study.

And the whole story ends here.

For good." - FBI
