hi my names kevin too! yeah but anyway i got the bsd root error but i didnt get the error on my computer, i used my friends computer for the ziphone download. I watched the video and i understand that i would need to go back to my friends house and use his computer because i have to open up the ziphone again. will this affect his computer in any way? like delete his songs on itunes or something? and do i have to retry the ziphone thing again for the installer to be on my ipod?

yo man i need serious help. i went to upgrade my ipod 1.1.2 version to 1.1.4. i went out for a bit and when i came home my Itunes said error. my ipod had the picture telling me to conect to itunes. so i did and then it said i had to restore it. so i clicked the restore button and it started to load and then it said unknown error could not restore ipod
(6). i already tried everything and i dont know what to do?
