Yes, Barbara Bonney is the one who sings it, and as far as i know the record on the linked CD is the one in my video.

I have this clip from yours videos, I have heard many performances of top world singers, but none equals to this. Seem to be religious inspirated, almost mystic. I haven't found in the comments who is the performer.
