Ok, so I mainly make animated cop cars. However I do make other things with photoshop, which may or may not be added to YouTube.

I am extremely pro police, so if you dislike the cops - leave now. Don't go acting like a little child leaving disrespectful comments about them. It only makes you look like an idiot.

I may be making a tutorial on how to animate rotaries the way I do - which won't be available here! You'll only be able to view it on my wesite ^^.

This is another update on my progress with the rotating Police lightbar project! I have seen lots of strobe lightbars on YouTube, and only ONE rotating one! And the one I seen wasn't made in Photoshop either xP. Enjoy and leave me your feedback :)
