MY NICKNAME IS DESSAYBESTSINGER BUT I KNOW THAT SHE IS NOT THE BEST SINGER...but one of the best singers...and best actresses I HATE MY NICKNAME, THE BEST SINGER WAS, IS, AND WILL ALWAYS BE MARIA CALLAS

I would like to tell you a few things about Natalie Dessay...
1) She's NOT a coloratura any more, she's a Light lyric soprano, as she says.
2) The fact that her voice changed is NOT because of her surgery, it's because she's older, as she says again.
3) Now she can't reach high notes like High Ab any more, but she can sing roles (like Violetta in La Traviata) that she couldn't sing before. She prefers her voice now, and I prefer her voice now too.
