Damn. Transportation is always a problem. If he were in the city, you wouldn't need a car. NYC's got one of the biggest public transportation system in the world! You don't need cars for shit. You can just go by bus, trains, cab, taxi, etc.

lol When I was little, I used to egg people on Haloween. I stopped that shit though. When I was 9, I almost got shot for that mess. My friends and I were on the rooftop of my grandmother's apartment building that Halloween. We were throwing eggs at anybody who passed by...Unfortunately, we threw some at a guy who said, "WTF!? You punk-ass kids are dead! I'm gonna come up there and cap you lil bastards." He ran up in the building and we ran down the fire escape on the back of the building to get to my friend's apartment and hide. lol
