Here at Fit And Fun With Coach Meggin, you can learn how to do gymnastics at home and at the gym with my beginner to advanced gymnastics tutorial videos. Teach your toddler/preschool child gymnastics at home with my gymnastics lesson videos too!  Also, learn how to do the splits and improve overall flexibility with my stretching videos!  Finally, try one of my full body workouts, HIIT workouts, chin up bar workouts, gymnastics strength workouts, body weight workouts and more with a variety of exercises I've learned from many years as a competitive gymnast (former level 10), college cheerleader, live show acrobatic/stunt performer, stunt woman for tv and film, and gymnastics coach.
