Awesome vids dude!

To get the banner on top of videos and the page, you need to be a youtube partner. This can be done by getting lots of views.

For capturing video, I use two capture cards called the Earthsoft PV4 and SKnet Monster X. Both are completely Japanese, but you don't really need to understand it at all. They are also only available in Japan at around $250 USD each.
