Since I was a computer teacher for many years, I now recall one of my trainers that I had to fire, because he put down customers for being "stupid & not reading the manual."

I explained that if they COULD understand the manual they would not have called us. If they weren't paying us, we did not have a job.
He was so rude he wouldn't or couldn't understand this, so he was out of a job.

What is your first language? Swiss (what's it called)? How do you like living there? Tina Turner and Shania Twain and many famous people live there... what do you do there? Are you a musician yourself?
