Historia zespołu rozpoczęła się w listopadzie 2005r, kiedy to kilkoro muzyków z różnych kapel takich jak: Middle Finger, Violletta Villazz, Mold,Cf98 postanowiło stworzyć odrębny projekt, w którym to mogliby konfrontować i wymieniać swoje doświadczenia i pomysły. Główną ideą była chęć stworzenia czegoś zupełnie nowego. Już po trzech pierwszych próbach powstały trzy utwory (m.in. Sentenced, który zespół gra do dziś). W 2006 r. do Albina, Tobiasza i Żyłki dołączyli Ślimak i Machos z Triggera. Od tamtej pory The 30th of July gra w niezmienionym składzie. Efektem tego jest muzyka, którą trudno wpisać w schematy trendów i stylów muzycznych. Wprowadza słuchacza w odmienne stany świadomości. Jest niczym podróż statkiem kosmicznym w przestworzach lub łodzią podwodną po dnie oceanu... Intensywna, emocjonalna, melodyjna, zniewalająca, szczera...Jest odzwierciedleniem naszych upodobań i wewnętrznych obsesji, gdzie łagodność łączy się z wybuchami agresji, przestrzeń z osaczeniem...



The history began in November 2005. Few people from different bands like Middle Finger, Violletta Villazz, Mold, Daily Bread, Totus Tus, Cf 98 wanted to create some kind of side project, in which they could confront and mix their experiences and ideas. The first idea was to do something totally new. After 3 sessions appeared 3 songs ( 4 example Sentenced ) and the name of band : "the AA Team". Unfortunately from lack of time the project died.
After 3 months Albin, Tobiasz and Zylek tried to reactivate the band. In February 2006 Slimak (bass) & Machos (drums) from Trigger joined the team and from that day we're playing in the same squad. New name of the band was the 30th Of July. Unfotunately after 6 months of hard working with the material and the second place won on the Rainbow festival in Krakow, the band from unknown reasons stoped its activity.

The third period began in December 2006 as we got together and started to work on the new material and refreshing some old songs. In winter we recorded our first demo and after few months of hard working and some live shows in Krakow we're entering studio to record our first LP.

We're not trying to become a part of any trend or style, we would like to create something diffrent, new and completely ours. Music boundaries, for us it's something that needs to be erased as soon as it's possible. There is only a few important things in our lives like: our feelings, emotions, independence and for most of all - our music. We are just a five friends, who want to conquer this damn world, before it will conquer us.
