Born & raised in Victoria, BC, Canada, we come from a family with a strong musical heritage that has deep roots in France and Northern Spain. We've been playing music since we were barely able to walk! A couple of years ago we teamed up on fiddle & guitar & we've been doing lots of performing. We have just released our debut CD, "Relative Minors" which has 16 tracks & over 45 traditional and original tunes.
We play mostly Celtic music, but also some swing & gypsy jazz. Our focus is traditional fiddle from Ireland, Scotland & Cape Breton. Lately we've also gotten into Old-Time and Bluegrass.

I, Qristina, have just started at Camosun College, I'm doing a 2 year University transfer program in general sciences.

Quinn, who has just started Grade 7 also plays classical violin & fiddle as well as the Irish tenor banjo, incredibly he has only been playing guitar for just over 2 years! Although Quinn loves Celtic guitar, he is also passionate about gypsy jazz.

We both listen to and enjoy many different types of music! We especially love jamming with other musicians!

Hey! You´re so good!! I tried to play a little bit of the Irish music in a session in Galway (Crane Bar) - but in the end I found it a little bit frustrating because all the instruments play the same melody... I don´t know many Irish songs and I was quite lost ;o) So I appreciate your playing a lot! Nice to be friends ;o)
And... Estas Tonne is really amazing! I have a cd...
