Just wanted to say thank you for posting the most amazing video routine of my fiance that he's ever done! It brings back so many memories from that night, and when i hear myself screaming in the crowed, i get the same over whelming feeling i had that same night!
Unfortunetly we block out what people write that is incorrect after watching these videos, it sure is a great reference for any bodybuilder who either want so improve, or just remember great steppping stones in our lives. Many thanks, Emily Stirling (ramsden)
