I'm a vegan raw and living foods chef, author, and consultant. ARFK won Best Vegetarian Cookbook USA 2007, and my videos were voted the best uncooking shows on the web!

I've a gorgeous Rhodesian Ridgeback pooch named Kanga who I rescued a few years back. I love to workout and to sweat, love electronic music and dancing too.

I'm also the author of 'Return on Design', a book outlining successful design processes.
