These tutorials are really good. They've helped me a lot, and still are. I still can't get circular breathing down though. Not sure why, or what I'm doing wrong. I can last release air in my lungs, but that's pretty much it. Surprisingly I haven't had a headache yet, and haven't passed out! lol
