Iv been watching some of your vids - you obviously have a passion for what you are doing!! I dont share that passion when it comes to snakes, im petrified of them!! But I'm working with an ecologist at the moment - helping to catch adders, lizards, newts and slow worms!

Hi Ben, me and my son enjoy your videos, I'm from the UK and have always been fascinated with British herptiles and used to seek them like you as a lad but we had no youtube 30 years ago ! :) Do you ever visit the Romney area in Kent ? The imported Marsh frogs are amazing to see and i once found a black grass snake there, which was quite a sight. Funnily enough we just found your California videos and thought the terrain looked familiar, we live in Clayton !
all the best, Barrie

Hi Ben,

Nice videos, i recently caught a common Lizard up here in Scotland, have you any tips on how i could go about searching for more of them? Putting down corrugated trays etc for them to shelter under in the heat etc..
