im 15 and almost 6 feet. my vert is 25 1/2 i got the strenght shoes and started using the 2 weeks ago. any suggestions on how to increase vert jump?

Well, it's all my fan voting. Yao gets in every year because all of China votes on him. But it's only the starting 5's that the people vote on, right? So coaches should step it up and give credit where credit is due: Josh Howard, Dwight Howard would be at the top of that list, even ben gordon and baron davis are having spectacular seasons for there squads. We'll see how it pans out.
