Im Johann Francis, CSCS — 20+ years as a CSCS strength & conditioning coach, boxing/Muay Thai practitioner, coach, and lifelong student of fighting.

I’ve spent more than 20 years around combat sports, training, coaching, sparring and learning from fighters at every level here in California.

Fighting with Johann is where I tell the stories that come from that world: why fighters think the way they do, what actually happens in gyms, getting older without leaving the game, street altercations, boxing and Muay Thai culture, great fighters, bad decisions, technique, psychology and the things only people who’ve spent years getting punched tend to understand.

Always from somebody who actually loves this shit.
