Chinese Martial Arts have a long history in the United States and this case is no different. In a connection between Chinese and African/Black Americans, Tyease Brooks has a unique Kung Fu past unique to the state of Arkansas since 1895.
When it comes to Kung Fu, Brooks just does not teach you the forms of the Wing Chun Kung Fu system. When you learn Kung Fu, in the Hampton Hong Shogun M.A school, you also learn the skills and secrets of other Kung Fu that makes Wing Chun come alive and more dominant than other schools teaching the same skills.

“There is a big difference between a school of self-defense that has been around a couple of decades and a martial arts legacy that has been around, in the same state, for over a hundred years.” - Tyease Brooks (Hong, Tai-yun)
