The Gardens is centrally located and generally within less than a day's drive from the vast majority of the Eastern Seaboard.
We have quick and easy access to more than one Interstate and though beautiful, our area is not that highly developed. You won't find yourself stuck in traffic very much.

Designed with YOU in Mind
Wants and needs; we all have them. At the Gardens, our designs are all about that. Whether you NEED to be specific handicap accessible or would LIKE bigger doors because you find them more dramatic, we do that.
Platform bedroom suites and cathedral ceilings in the master bath?... You got it!

One of our newest expansions, Phase VI, is the first environmentally "Green" subdivision in our area - as per our City Planning Commission.
