JEANfit

Welcome to JEANisthenics.

JEANisthenics is the result of my personal journey through fitness, strength, and self-development.

What started with a desire to transform my body became a pursuit of something bigger: becoming stronger, building muscle, mastering my own body, and discovering what I'm truly capable of.

Calisthenics taught me body control and relative strength. Bodybuilding taught me how to intentionally build my physique. Powerlifting taught me how to test my strength and push beyond limits I once thought I couldn't reach.

JEANisthenics is where those worlds come together.

This isn't about choosing between lifting heavy, building muscle, or mastering bodyweight movements. It's about becoming a more complete athlete.

This channel is where I document the journey, share what I learn, and continue discovering what I'm capable of—one rep, one skill, and one milestone at a time.

Train with purpose. Build with intention. Move with strength.
