C.D. Truth is a hard rock punk trio rocket ship.

On drums since 1990, is the level-headed Scott Schrade. The metal-to-Motown bass stylings of John Lee were added in 1995. On vocals and 6-string is Jeff Hardy, naturally born C.D. Truth in 1967.

Formed in 1990 from the ashes of Akron's deserted rubber factories, C.D. Truth has been defying gravity for over a decade, and may, very well, be the ones responsible for the destruction of the universe.

C. D. Truth has self-released two full-length CDs, a 7" record, compilations, and a 15-year 3-CD retrospective. The band has toured regionally throughout Ohio and also in Chicago, Detroit, Brooklyn, Ashbury Park, and even Pittsburgh.

C.D. Truth has been featured on Channel 29's "Last Call Cleveland," and on cable access show "It Came from Akron," and has been heard on radio shows such as "Hour of Slack," "D.I.Y. Radio," "Inner Sanctum," and live on WRUW.
