I came to flame this guy but it seems someone beat me to it. sadly unlike he might have said you cant just BECOME goth. Espally if your emo there is no way to becoem goth. belive me i have a goth friend who has tried to revamp his local emo's for 5 years now and all they did was become more ignorant and end up with broken fingers

Man, Mana is way more Goth than emo. Emo is like Hawthorne heights and shit.. Still, Mana is pretty cool.. But if you're going to be a Goth, don't call yourself emo. There's a BIG diference, for instance, between a Goth band like Sopor Aeternus or Christian Death than Green Day and Sunny Day Real Estate lol..
