hello my name is kevin i am 16 and i would like to know how to loose that excess body fat and gain muscle.
i am a powerlifter but have not got good looking abs as they are covered by horrible puppy fat.
i would really appreciate it if you could give me some tips to strengthen my abs and loose my excess puppy fat/ love handles.
