One of the greatest secrets I have found in my life is the importance of self realisation.
Realiastion of thy self is realisation of the creator.

Take a minute and look at how awesome we have been created biologically, a facinating creation indeed.
If I spent everyday of my life learning and understanding how my own body works, I'd probably die before understanding 1% of how this human body REALLY works. That 1% is enough for me to understand the greatness of the creator in which I am part of.
This understanding can lead to what is called True Respect towards all forms of life, just as a person would pay repect to an excellent acomplishment of another.
