i do not take my budgies outside :) my budgies are full flighted..so theill be gone once the window opens.. and even if they wherent able to fly.. budgies are very fragile and im not gonna take that risk :) would be awsome if it could though haha maybe once i have a parrot :)

like i said.. the grabbing just makes it works.. let her step up on a perch.. evrysingle time she goes on your laptop put her in cage. after a while shell learn shes not allowed to go their.. *just trying to help*

it takes time to really bond with you :) just keep giving them attention and theyll warm up to you... budgies like having friends :) keep it up!
