Despite all of your crazy tech skill, I don't really see you successfully light shield edge hog. Don't get me wrong, I've been a huge fan of your Falco since your first vids came up.

So my suggestion for you is: try rolling into a shield-toggled light shield. Roll toward the ledge while holding the shoulder button and the direction, then hold A during the roll. Shield toggling gives you a perfect light shield (so long as you are holding R/L+A) as you reach the ledge, and so you can focus on angling the bubble rather than retaining the light shield.
