A claymation experiment comprised of close to 400 separate frames, each shot with a standard digital camera and combined in Flash.
At the request of many, here are a few more details:
The song is called "Keeping Up With the Kids" and can be found on the Mindless Self Indulgence album "Frankenstein Girls Will Seem Strangely Sexy".
The project took about a week to shoot. I used a common plasticine clay found in most arts and crafts stores called Sculpey.
Most of the still frames were left completely untouched aside from a little color adjustment, but I created the vanishing effect using Photoshop by layering different shots taken at the same camera position.
And yes, that's me in the vid. I had to use the timer setting on the cam and then run around the table and sit in the chair for each shot. (Having someone to help me take the pics probably would have helped a bit.)
