yep that sure is. i just love all that pretty hair that she has. unfortunately Flo's father passed away before she became a Supreme, so I'm not sure if there are any pics of him. Oh yeah and for the Flo hater, I have blocked him cuz he was just taking it to another level and would not stop. That's the only time that I generally block people. Cuz everybody is entitled to their opinion but when you are just nasty then there is a problem. Have a Supreme day!
