Hey Mike, remember me? I met you last night at Soul Logistics radio show. I was the curly head dude, hahahahaha! What's up dude!! You are a better quick out-speaker, I am a thinking WORD WARRIOR, we all have our talents. I was soaking in all that you were saying and you make a lot of sense on most issues, some things I didn't agree with like abortion. But you know Mike; silence is the best answer to the questions if you haven't the experience to the answers. You are truly hardcore dude, don't hurt them too badly, hahahaha!!

Mike you are the best talk radio show host I know. Nobody is as consistant and correct as you are on issues that are of the utmost importance to the United States.

I kow your show is directed particularly to the black community in Richmond but the issues you addresa and stances you take show a dedication to fundamental national principles in a way nobody on bigger syndicated shows holds a candle to. Thanks.

Mike, You understand American ideals, politics and the bs the media feeds us better than any other man I know of, black white or whatever. THANKS and Im honored to be able to listen to you on youtube. I used to be much more socialist and collectivist in my views but Im rapidly seeing the inherant imposibility of that because self interest and ability is what makes us human. People play group politics when they lack ability as individuals or to gain temporary advantage over a percieved rival group. The effects of group politics in America is the most debilitating internal weakness we posess and could leave us completely exposed to foreign rival govts and ideologies if we dont get a handle on it soon. THanks again for exposing the real motives behind modern American society.

Lastly, I agree you that whites in general being cowards on the matters of race. We find it an uncomfortable subject, by even bringing it up, even amongst ourselves we risk being labeled a racist. Even saying the words "You people" when speaking to blacks is enough for to insight a riot. It is this over sensitivity that is part of the problem and of course the double-standards in how hate-crime law is enforced. It is accepted that blacks and even latinos can scream any racial slur or comment at anyone and not be questioned but if a white dares do the same, it is all over for them in many levels. Look at what happened to Imus and most recently "Dog the Bounty Hunter."

Also, (sorry for posting so much but I feel it needs to be said) the man that pulled the shotgun on the three black youths felt threatened. It wasn't "just because they were black". Sure the racial tensions in the town played a role, it made people scared, thusly more apt to such things. Every incident that lead up to the beating was blown way out of proportion, by the blacks, sadly. All too often I see the black community play the victim. It is time for that mentality to stop, only then we can all move forward together. I am not saying forget, I am saying forgive. It is time to get each other's back and be honest about the things that divide us.

As for the Jena 6, you pretty much covered everything that I noticed. The one thing that hasn't been mentioned is that the nooses that were hung from the tree were NOT there as a threat, they hung them there as a taunt tot he opposing football team called the Cowboys. "Hang'em high!" was the common verbal taunt. It is pure coincidence that the nooses were there the day after the black youth sat beneath the tree. And I do agree with you, he did so in the hopes of instigating a confrontation. Also you may not have known that two of the Jena 6 are the prime suspects in the arson at the school.
