Is there another Top Chef season coming? You know your kitchen looks top notch, I know most youtube chefs don't have a great kitchen, but your kitchen looks like you designed it yourself. Can you recommend any brands or anything like that?

There are a ton of videos out there for how to cook and I definitely like yours best (though I must admit to not having watched *all* of them on YouTube). Keep 'em coming!

Here's an idea for a video... Give some ideas/examples on how to plate the food in intriguing and colorful ways. :-) Show off a little of that French and Le Cordon Bleu style of those of us back in the states... After all, everyone eats with our eyes before our mouths!

Cheers,
// Chris

I thought I'd drop by to wish you a Merry Christmas. I don't know how to say it in french. I'm sure you're busy these days but thanks for sharing your videos. I got a lot from them. Fred.

Cathal! You're sum fckin' tulip you are! Not contacting me for all these years. Where have you been? Ah yes, the good ol' days livin on the Haight with rats and cockroaches. Boat parties, Irish pubs, and miscelaneous debauchery. Where did all the flowers go?

Don't let the pictures fool ya' I use a stunt double in my vids, I'm really three hundred pounds and very dull. Bises, Spot
