This video is only one of two produced, which has a running time longer than 360 seconds (6mins), it is the first installment of vomit project. I was experimenting with background music specifically, to initiate mood, more than anything else in this initial trial film. Music can be implemented into the film at endless different volume levels to create endless results. Always set your volume levels WITH a purpose, or with something to achieve. I chose to set the music volume levels in this short film at a db which is similar to what would be considered "normal" (60db conversational replication) in most public social gatherings worldwide. I imagined the music as being an additional voice in a conversation. I utilized a method I taught myself when I use to cut vinyl records as a battle dj. The key, is to never interrupt lyric by cutting the wax at the same time, UNLESS you wish to intentionally; be a prick, be stylized, hip, or I guess to emphasize the charge of the vocal is cool to tho. Otherwise it is like interrupting a guest, who clearly is their turn to speak. Volume level, when set properly, doesn't create conflict as much as it creates an environment which says, I am in harmony, as society in most cases is trying to dictate. Yea I know society is fuct, and most if not all peeps are puppets. Anyway, it (the volume level of the music specifically) most likely is not a contrasted position, BUT it is most likely understood, and will impact mood more effectively for the viewers time. Ultimately, I do want a mood of uncertainty from the introduction of the music, but I want the video to finalize the emotion with the viewer; not the sound. I'll take both before sound alone, but I really need the video to finish the "sentence".

china buffet. mad skilz fool maD. so here it is. THis film is all about skilz, technique of the mind. The initial countdown 5-4-3-2-1 was the factory direct security light of an acura TL. I sequenced the sound with countdown numbers; eliminating the sound and color on the number 1(for contrast). THE MAIN trust of this FILM is the timing of sound with picture.
On a different note, I was singing the song u hear whilst picking at my teeth in the mirror (the beginning of the film during the Envy music).
My absolute favorite part of this FILM is the buffet background sound with the music of the film around 1:29-1:37 I love the scattered voices (male female young and old) the glassware, and silverware clinking the ceramic dishes. I watch this simple part of the FILM over and over; at least 800 times, b'cuz of it's hypnotic properties.
The part with the fortune cookie is dope.
I ADORE the bathroom scene at the end of the FILM where the gent comes out of a toilet-stall as i wash my hands BEFORE puking. The colours which is created by fluorescent lights is cool, (literally) and the effect from them because of the potential low level of light is natural and awesome.
I love capturing natural effects, rather than using pre-made effects. The key word is "capture" versus "using". One is in the now, the other is after the fact. Not saying I won't use effect, to cover up the shitty camera equipment, but I prefer to capture the abstracts in the now and natural.
This is an excellent piece of work, considering the equipment all the way across the FILM is shit. SHIT camera, shit sound files, shit editing program etc. You can do anything you want, you don't need 'great' equipment to do art.

May 16th 2006, Moscow region (Russia) - About 50 animal rights activists suddenly appeared in front of breeding farm unexpected for farm's staff. They lighted alarm fires and started to throw stones inside the farm. At the same time one group of activists hanged 5 meters banner saying "No to experiments on animals!" over barbed wire of farm's fence. One more banner "Vivisectors are fascists!" was put on the fence as well.
A siren sound from a megaphone accompanied activists, when they scanned slogans. Other group made spray paint slogans against use of animals in experiments on breeding farm fencing. Simultaneously with it, some activists have broken on territory, having broken a gate, then threw stones and alarm fires. As a result two windows were broken in buildings where there were no animals.
Employees of the breeding farm and security could not stop defenders of animals in any way and they were simply observing. The action was going on not for a long time, all have left area of breeding farm before arrival of militia.
The reason for the action was the fact that in this breeding farm of Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences they breed mice, rats and hamsters for use in severe experiments. In breeding farm "Puschino" they grow up animals specialy for the pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies of Russia and the CIS countries. Such foreign companies as the Jackson Laboratory, Harlan Sprague Dawley, Charles River Laboratories and Taconic are animal suppliers for this breeding farm.
Representatives of "Alliance for Animal Rights" state: "Painful experiments on animals is a business on the blood spilled by animals only because of many scientists with conservative views till now consider they are necessary, and others make money on experiments. To receive financial grants for researches it is necessary to write regularly a plenty of scientific works. It's much easier to get money if it is specified that researches will pass on animals as the result will be received more quickly. Large pharmaceutical monsters have no time to wait -- they need fast profit. The alternatives though little bit longer but save money and provide more exact results".
Russian animal rights activists have organized actions against experiments on animals this year already. In Moscow actions have passed near offices of the largest pharmaceutical companies. During of the Open doors at Biological Deportment of the Moscow State University activists have opened a banner in front of speaker on a tribune and loudly scanned slogans. Later they have hung out a banner on building of the State Medical University.
