Thanks for the comments. To answer questions, I am British, and stuck in Britain right now, but I feel far more at home in wonderful New Zealand, where I work and spend as much time as legally possible.

Sure, there are some problems in NZ, like there are everywhere, but it's a wonderful, beautiful place with (mostly) wonderful people. Made more friends in Dunedin in three months, than England in 3 years. Even the scarfies aren't bad - if you can get them off the pavement sofas!

And it has a government that, sure, isn't perfect, but compared with the UK, Kiwis really don't know how lucky they are.

I'm a Brit by passport (hopefully not for long now) but I consider myself a Kiwi at heart. Hope that answers the questions!
