I shot video of Bands
Name: Brian
Age: 48
I have danced at many Native American Pow-Wows over a thirty year period. I have made many different types of craft work and artwork in edition to singing Native American Traditional Music. I have boiled bear skulls to make necklaces from bear teeth to beading a belt for nearly a year to finish. I have been involved in Native culture in a spiritual way and politically with Native American issues such as Yellow Thunder Camp in 1981, Longest Walk 1978, Peace and Dignity Journey in 1992 and local Native American community groups here in Indiana. Granted, some of my activity involved groups such as AIM put I would prefer to be seen as a supporter of Native American issues as opposed to being a member of this group or that organization. All that matters is what is in the heart not what a person claims to be or not to be. Health problems such as Cancer, Bad discs in my spine, Liver disease and diabetes have caused me a great deal of problems over the last 10 years but I can continue my Journey with the aid of a Computer and audio & video recording equipment to document the world in which I have lived in. We all walk different paths in life put in the end we will find that often times the path will take all of us who seek the light to the same place of understanding.
We are not as different as some might suggest and beyond our limited sight we might discover we have more in common than we think. Before we destroy the world and the chances of the unborn generations to live in a world with Hope we must learn to end our human strife and the endless cycles of destruction.

Brian: How are you feeling? I did not know you've been so ill. I lost my
sister when she was 47 and her heart just gave out one night. Thats
why I made the video Feed Jake that you liked so well. I made that
for my mother in memory of my sister and her dog Jake who also died
of old age. Anyway I just added another video this morning called
(HE WALKED ON WATER) and I'm singing this song also.
If you have time would you please view and rate this video and
please comment on it too.
Thank you so much and you take care of yourself

I am grateful for life put the Chemo has changed my sense of taste forever. Things I used to like is gone. I still cannot eat or drink many things that I once took for granted. My chest has pain that requires serious pain medication every 8 hours. I manage to work and do what I must do put not much more than that. Surviving Cancer is possible put the cure will sometimes cause changes that so far have not gone away after two years. My hair has been growing back over the last 18 months put my hair had not been cut for 15 years before I lost it two years ago. Surviving is what I am doing because I would be hard pressed to call what I am doing as living.

I still seem to be cancer free put what I want the most is to be like I was before the Chemo treatments and sadly so far does not seem possible.

Two Years ago the various Doctors told me I was going to die. I had a tumor the size of a grapefruit in my chest which they called a Hylar Tumor. It encased the air way to my right lung and the artery from the heart to the lungs. I had Lymphoma. They decided to put me on a Chemo treatment program called RCHOP. The drugs took roughly 8 hours to put in my body once every 3 weeks times 6 treatments. I lost all of my hair and my sense of taste changed completely. They tell me now how lucky I was that I have survived this this problem. Had I had "Large Hairy B-Cell Lymphoma" 20 years earlier I would not be writing this now.

Brian: Thank you for viewing my video's I don't know if I told you or
not but I'm singing the vocals in all my video's. I'm a recording artist
in Las Vegas and these video's are made from some of the songs off
my CD's that I've recorded. I'm also sorry to hear about your best
freind (Buddy) we miss our Bear that we had to put down a couple
months ago too. I have 2 other video's that I don't know if you saw
or not (Our Country) and (Our Country 2nd Version. The song is
the same in both video's but I have changed the slides in the 2nd
version. I'm singing this song also. Please view & rate these also
if you don't mind.
Thanks Again
Ron

Brian: Thanks for the comment on American Soldier: I was the Guy wearing
the headphones and lying on the cot drinkning. Yes I agree with you, we
had no business in Vietnam and we sure have no business in Iraq. We
need to get our troops home as we have already lost to many hero's.
Oh yeah: If you don't mind view and rate my other video's if you have the time.
Thanks
Ron

Robin sometimes even the best of us can be robbed of an opportunity to walk in this world and have a chance to live and be able to help make our world a better place.
A moment in time that will always bring us a memory of sadness but we can always honor the memory of Jake by thinking of the good and happy moments that will always shine on in our hearts. As always your friend. Brian
