You did what you thought you had to do regardless of how erisponcible it may have been. I tell my kids do what you want just remeber everthing has a price are you shure it is worth it.

I probably called 25 times in the three weeks I've been without consistant service. I only made the video once it became clear that my requests for help were not getting me anywhere. Comcast has a vast network of people and systems to insulate them from any major consequences arising out of mistakes on their part. I do not have a vast network of people and systems, all I had was this video. If company's need to be publicly shamed to coerce them to behave, then I'm all for the occasional public shaming.
