I guess for those who dont know this (in response to my comment below), it looks like they cannot fly!!! hehe. Well, if they cannot fly, they sure wouldnt be trying that maneuver. It is very dangerous. You could loose lift, thus sending your aircraft plummeting to the ground like a rock!!!

Actually these side maneuvers were done on purpose. Pilots must know how to bring down the aircraft fast. Sometimes you have a situation where its required. e.g, on your final approach another aircraft was instructed to take short-final, leaving you both with little space and time to land. Some of those were just exercises & crosswinds. Basically, the pilot is pushing full rudder, and turning the ailerons to opposite direction.
